Job summary

Automic Group is Australia’s market leader in technology-driven investor administration, committed to delivering compliant, scalable transition services for listed registries and ESP clients.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Transitions to join the ESP Transitions team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will guide requirements, tests and implementation across multiple client transitions, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains, processes, and systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation capabilities.
• Structured, analytical approach with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentação and translation into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Collaborate across delivery teams to ensure successful transitions of employee share plans and registries.
• Support testing, UAT and implementation to deliver seamless client transitions.
• Balance competing priorities across multiple projects with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
