Job summary

Automic Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to own complex system changes end-to-end, partnering with business and tech stakeholders to deliver build-ready requirements as our technology scale grows.

You will lead end-to-end analysis across features and initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders, designers and developers, and help translate priorities into MVPs while upholding security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software environments working within an Agile delivery framework.
• Proven experience delivering across full software development life cycles.
• Hands-on technical capability from functional requirements gathering to user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Operating in accordance with ISMS, ensuring security, governance, and data protection compliance.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis across new features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Work with developers and UX to refine requirements throughout delivery.
• Translate priorities into clearly defined MVPs and support testing and validation.
