Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Business Process Analyst - Transformation to support Life Transformation Delivery by analyzing, designing, and implementing process-led solutions that improve member outcomes, operational performance, and compliance.

You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across regulatory change, product uplifts, and continuous improvement, partnering with stakeholders to deliver durable, automated, and scalable processes in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex business process improvement or transformation in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead process analysis and solution design across transformation initiatives.
• Analyse current-state processes, data, risks and controls to identify opportunities.
• Design future-state processes and operating models to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives from discovery through implementation.
