Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is partnering with a client to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation program across multiple business functions. You will analyse current and future-state processes, gather and document requirements, and contribute to successful implementation outcomes.

The role involves working with business and technical stakeholders to design solutions, develop process maps, and create user guides and training materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering process improvement and systems transformation initiatives.
• Strong capability in business process mapping, workflow design and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting system implementation, testing and change activities.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, dependencies and practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the development of process documentation, procedures and user guides.
• Advanced skills across Microsoft 365 and business systems environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current and future-state business processes across multiple workstreams.
• Gather, assess and document business, system and data requirements.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams and supporting documentation.
• Identify process improvements, system dependencies, risks and opportunities.
• Support system design, testing, implementation and defect resolution activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and solutions.
• Develop user guides, training materials and operational procedures.
• Contribute to implementation planning, change activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
