Job summary

Successful candidates will have experience in telephony environments and be comfortable working across both delivery and analysis. This is a hybrid role with an initial three-month contract.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 / Teams migrations and telephony environments.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, delivery planning, and workshop facilitation.
• Background in higher education advantageous but not essential.
• Capable of operating as both BA and PM across concurrent project streams.
