Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst in large, complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into testable outcomes and test acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define clear requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements with appropriate models.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to map current and future state processes.
• Translate requirements into testable outcomes and define acceptance criteria.
• Support end-to-end delivery from requirements through design, testing and transition to BAU.
• Build and nurture relationships across the organisation to influence decisions.
