The NSW Department of Communities and Justice seeks a Business Analyst - Data and Analytics in Parramatta, offering a base salary of A$116,981 to A$129,492 plus superannuation. As a Business Analyst - Data and Analytics, you will support the delivery of high-quality reporting and analytics services for the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery division by working with stakeholders to understand work processes, business needs and information requirements. You will gather and document reporting requirements, improve reporting processes and data flows, contributing to the development of reporting solutions that help inform decision‑making, support performance monitoring, and drive continuous improvement.
