Bolton Clarke is seeking a Business Analyst to focus on enterprise agreements, awards classifications and rates of pay, ensuring compliance with remuneration obligations and providing data-driven insights across the Commercial team.

You will partner with Payroll, HR and People & Culture to deliver scenario costing, policy development and regular audits, supporting fair and equitable compensation while aligning with legislation and organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Remuneration/Benefits role in a large organisation.
• Advanced data analysis skills with MS Excel expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with minimum award and enterprise rate obligations.
• Provide commercial/operational reporting including forecast and budget analysis.
• Manage and monitor allowances and over-award pay rates.
• Develop remuneration policies and conduct audits for compliance.
