Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Business Analyst to drive transformation initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will lead requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design across healthcare, aged care and community services.

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement skills
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing competing priorities
• Proven capability translating business needs into clear, testable requirements
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, integration testing and defect management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
• Exposure to BPMN, process modelling and requirements management tools
• Experience in healthcare, aged care, community services or other regulated environments will be highly regarded

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with business leaders, operational teams, technology specialists and vendors, you'll help translate complex business needs into practical solutions that improve processes, systems and outcomes. This role will see you involved across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution delivery, testing, business readiness and benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities
