Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for a permanent full-time role based in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane, with a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring successful Workday implementations across healthcare and aged care domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to analyse current-state processes, design solutions, and document workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Workday and enterprise environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Workday experience is a must with integration experience.
• Solutions-focused approach and ability to work across delivery and operations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Bolton Clarke Group one of Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating nationally and internationally. Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.

This is a permanent full-time role based in our Kelvin Grove office (QLD) with a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Coordinate testing activities, validate outcomes and support successful implementations

About You

You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst who is equally comfortable facilitating executive workshops, analysing processes, and providing practical support to business stakeholders when required.

You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Workday and enterprise environments
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Workday experience is a must- you need to have used it and integrated a legacy system
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Experience working across both project delivery and operational environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps or similar
• Understanding of project methodologies and systems delivery lifecycles
• The ability to balance competing priorities and work autonomously
• Experience within healthcare, community services, aged care or service-based industries will be highly regarded
