Bega Group is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Melbourne (Docklands 3 days, 2 days WFH). You’ll join the Finance team to shape automation capability, connecting business stakeholders with RPA developers, data specialists and IT teams to identify opportunities and deliver well-governed solutions.

You will map processes, write PDDs and user stories, coordinate UAT and benefits tracking, and support governance, training and adoption across impacted teams.

Qualifications

• Two years min experience supporting RPA or AI projects.
• Ability to create PDDs, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for automation.
• Experience delivering automation from discovery to go-live and benefits tracking.
• Comfortable in Agile or hybrid environments with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess RPA and AI opportunities across Finance and Shared Services.
• Map current and future processes; translate into PDDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Partner with developers, architects and IT teams to deliver robust automation solutions.
• Coordinate UAT, production transition and hypercare with test scenarios and defect triage.
• Track benefits and solution performance; support governance and change adoption.
