Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Communications Partner to support enterprise-wide internal and change communications aligned with our strategy. You will partner with leaders and project teams to develop engaging stories across digital channels and strengthen employee understanding, alignment and adoption of key initiatives.

This hands-on role requires delivering compelling communications while using insights to improve effectiveness and employee connection to Bega Group’s values.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Communications or Public Relations.
• Experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience developing communication strategies and supporting transformation programs within large organisations.
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced skills across Microsoft Office, SharePoint, intranet management, Canva, digital content tools and AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide internal and change communication strategies in partnership with the Head of Change & Communications.
• Create engaging stories, communications plans and digital content to strengthen employee engagement.
• Lead the annual communications calendar and manage channel governance across key platforms.
• Measure communication effectiveness and advise on improvements to support business outcomes.
