Job summary

Bega Group in Melbourne is seeking a Systems Lead to maximise value from key business systems by defining roadmaps, managing vendor partnerships, and aligning business needs with technical solutions.

In this role you will drive system performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement within the Operational Excellence team, ensuring scalable, measurable business value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ and PLM systems.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of SDLC and change management practices.

Responsibilities

This is a highly collaborative role that bridges business and technology, ensuring systems remain effective, scalable, and deliver measurable value.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic system roadmaps aligned to organisational priorities and long-term business objectivesManage vendor relationships, contracts, service level agreements, licensing renewals, budgets, and escalationsPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesLead prioritisation of enhancements, bug fixes, feature requests, and adoption initiatives to maximise business valueOversee system performance, availability, incident management, documentation, and user training activitiesAbout youExperience with cloud-based EHSQ (eg. Intelex) and PLM/recipe management (eg.
