Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Finance team in a hybrid role, combining on-site Docklands work with two days of remote work. You will connect stakeholders with RPA developers, data specialists and IT, turning opportunities into clear requirements and governing automation initiatives.

In this role you’ll map processes, support business cases, drive UAT and track benefits, delivering measurable value for our people and customers while growing our automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business or process analysis, including at least two years supporting RPA or AI projects.
• Ability to create PDDs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation solutions.
• Experience delivering automation initiatives from discovery and business case development through UAT, go-live and benefits tracking.
• Confident working in Agile or hybrid environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• A collaborative communicator who builds stakeholder trust and facilitates effective workshops, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.

The Role

Join Bega's Finance team and help shape a growing automation and AI capability. You'll connect business stakeholders with RPA developers, data specialists and IT teams to identify opportunities, define requirements and deliver well-governed solutions. From process discovery and business cases through to testing, implementation and benefits tracking, you'll help make processes faster, more accurate and scalable while delivering measurable value for our people and customers.
