Job summary

Bega Group's Operational Excellence team is seeking a Systems Analyst to drive continuous improvement by aligning technical capabilities with business requirements through configuration, analysis, and user empowerment.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate UAT, configure enterprise platforms with low-code solutions, maintain data integrity, and deliver training to boost system adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EHSQ systems (e.g., Intelex) and PLM/recipe management (e.g., Hamilton Grant) is highly regarded.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate needs into system improvements.
• Configure enterprise platforms through low-code solutions, including custom fields and validation rules.
• Maintain data integrity, perform audits, and support data governance activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document defects, and support release implementations.
• Develop user documentation, deliver training, and drive system adoption.
