Job summary

IMA Management and Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Melbourne-based client projects. The role focuses on mapping and reengineering business processes, eliciting requirements, and acting as a bridge between business and IT teams.

You will engage with diverse clients while delivering quality specifications. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of BA experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• BABOK or CBAP certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong BA background with the ability to grasp the big picture.
• Experience in consulting and client-facing environments.
• Excellent client interaction, commercial and relationship management.
• Analyze business requirements and produce high-quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Map and reengineer business processes across client domains.
