Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• BABOK or CBAP certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong BA background with the ability to grasp the big picture.
• Experience in consulting and client-facing environments.
• Excellent client interaction, commercial and relationship management.
• Analyze business requirements and produce high-quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Map and reengineer business processes across client domains.
• Elicit and document business requirements for projects.
• Act as interface between business, technology and support teams.
• Perform gap and workflow analyses to improve processes.
• Document and analyze required information and data.
• Understand technical designs and specifications.
