Job summary

Visy Global Logistics is seeking an experienced transport and logistics leader to take ownership of our Bulk operations across Victoria and South Australia. You will report to the Vice President - Bulk and be accountable for operational, commercial and safety performance across the VIC/SA Bulk business.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proven transport operator with experience managing company-owned fleets, drivers, maintenance programs, customer relationships and multi-site teams,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading transport and logistics operations.
• Proven track record in fleet management and multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport and warehousing operations across Victoria and South Australia.
• Drive operational performance, service delivery and profitability.
• Manage fleet utilization, maintenance expenditure and costs.
• Lead and develop transport, warehouse and operational teams.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support business growth initiatives.
• Drive safety culture across all operations.
• Maintain accountability for P&L and budgets.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support tender responses, pricing activities and customer solutions.
