Job summary

Visy Global Logistics is seeking a State Manager VIC/SA - Bulk to lead a critical Bulk Logistics business across Victoria and South Australia with full P&L accountability. You will drive performance across fleet, transport and warehousing operations, and strengthen customer relationships while advancing safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading transport and logistics operations.
• Experience managing large company-owned and/or contractor fleet operations.
• Experience in bulk logistics, tanker transport or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicle compliance, safety and operational performance.
• Leadership of drivers, transport supervisors and operational teams.
• Full P&L accountability and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience leading multi-site transport operations.
• Track record of driving operational improvement, productivity and customer service outcomes.

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced transport and logistics leader to take ownership of our Bulk operations across Victoria and South Australia.

Role Details

Reporting to the Vice President - Bulk, you'll be accountable for the operational, commercial and safety performance of the VIC/SA Bulk business.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proven transport operator with experience managing company-owned fleets, drivers, maintenance programs, customer relationships and operational teams across multiple locations.

• Full P&L accountability and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience leading multi-site transport operations.
• A track record of driving operational improvement, productivity and customer service outcomes.
