Job summary

Visy Logistics seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the VIC & SA Intermodal business. This hands-on leadership role drives operational excellence, customer outcomes and financial performance across the transport and logistics network.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will own day-to-day operations, develop strategies to improve performance, strengthen customer relationships and support growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in transport/logistics/intermodal environments.
• Strong budgeting and P&L management experience.
• Experience leading large operational teams in fast-paced settings.
• Solid understanding of CoR, fatigue management, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead VIC & SA Intermodal operations and drive performance.
• Manage fleet, labour, subcontractors and service delivery outcomes.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and P&L performance.
• Drive safety, compliance and CoR standards across the operation.
