Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Building Technology Lead to manage technology embedded within hospitals and residential care facilities. The role focuses on safe, reliable operation and lifecycle management of critical systems such as nurse call, access control, CCTV and monitoring infrastructure.

You will translate care requirements into practical technology strategies, lead a skilled team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership of Building Technology teams and service delivery.
• Experience in healthcare or 24/7 environments preferred.
• Ability to translate business and care requirements into practical Building Technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Technology team, set priorities and guide technical work.
• Own incident escalation, service continuity and vendor performance.
• Oversee nurse call, duress, access control, CCTV, monitoring systems and infrastructure.
• Lead technology delivery for new builds, redevelopments and minor works from design to handover.
• Develop roadmaps, standards, documentation and governance to improve resilience and value.
