Job summary

HammondCare in St Leonards, NSW is seeking a Building Technology Lead to oversee the building technology function across hospitals, residential care, and facilities. You will drive safe, reliable and cost-efficient operation of nurse call, access control, CCTV, monitoring systems and related infrastructure.

You will lead a team, manage vendors, guide project delivery from planning through handover, and partner with care and facilities stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and managing operation of technology services.
• Strong knowledge of nurse call, duress, access control, CCTV and monitoring infra.
• Experience supporting healthcare or aged care environments.
• Vendor and service management with budget oversight.
• Delivery experience for construction or facilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Technology team, set priorities and guide technical work.
• Own incident escalation and service continuity for critical systems.
• Manage vendor performance, service agreements and spend oversight.
• Lead input to new builds, redevelopments and minor works from planning to handover.
• Maintain standards, roadmaps and governance for value and resilience.
