Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape our technology landscape across business, data, applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cyber security and AI. This role will define architecture standards, roadmaps and governance to enable scalable, secure solutions aligned with our long-term strategy.

The position is based at St Leonards with hybrid options and an emphasis on strategic leadership, senior stakeholder engagement and delivering value through

Qualifications

• TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related leadership roles.
• Experience shaping enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, data, integration, security and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead architecture planning across business, data, applications, integration, cloud and security domains.
• Establish architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into capabilities and investment priorities.
• Provide architecture leadership and assurance across major transformations and initiatives.
• Govern architecture governance, reviews, and design assurance processes.
