Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Building Technology Lead to manage our Building Technology function across hospitals, residential care and facilities. You will ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective operation and lifecycle management of embedded systems, connecting Technology, Property and Capital Works with clinical stakeholders.

The role is permanent full-time based in St Leonards with hybrid working options and travel to HammondCare sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in operation and support of technology services.
• Experience with hospital or aged-care environments is highly valued.
• Strong governance, documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Technology team and set priorities.
• Provide ownership for nurse call, duress, access control, CCTV and monitoring systems.
• Maintain service continuity, incident response and escalation with vendors.
• Own vendor performance and service agreements.
• Lead input to new builds, redevelopments and minor works from planning through handover.
• Maintain standards, roadmaps and governance to improve resilience and value.
• Translate requirements into practical Building Technology strategies.
