Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Care Operations Manager to lead a large regional portfolio, shape leadership capability and ensure delivery of exceptional care services. This senior role focuses on developing people, driving performance and creating a culture of accountability across dispersed teams.

You will work with Care Team Leads to manage a geographically distributed workforce, ensuring safe, high-quality care while upholding governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading leaders within frontline service delivery, healthcare, aged care, community services or similarly complex operational environment.
• Demonstrated success managing large, geographically dispersed teams through others.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capability with a track record of developing future leaders.
• Ability to inspire, influence and create a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing teams across a large regional portfolio to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop leadership capability and succession planning with Care Team Leads.
• Ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care and strong governance, risk and compliance.
