Job summary

Eximm on the Gold Coast is seeking a Building Coordinator to manage and supervise building management services, acting as the primary liaison between our customer, staff and contractors to ensure high satisfaction.

You will plan, schedule multiple trades, coordinate resources, and handle documentation and budgeting, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact to ensure customer experience is organised and services delivered per scope.
• Proactively resolve client concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Plan, organise and supervise the delivery of services, including ordering parts, equipment and materials.
• Schedule resources across multiple works.
• Coordinate staff schedules and communicate with field staff and contractors to meet scope and quality expectations.
• Manage documentation for works including purchase orders, variations, invoicing and WHSE requirements; manage job budget.
