Job summary

W Talent on the Gold Coast is seeking an Executive Right-Hand to join a fast-growing residential development business. You’ll work alongside senior leadership, coordinating development projects and handling high-level executive support with autonomy and variety.

You’ll gain exposure to end-to-end development processes from land to finished communities, while adapting to a fast-moving, ever-changing workload and tight timelines. This is a front-row seat role in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential projects from land acquisition through completion.
• Support feasibility, budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Coordinate planners, engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors.
• Assist with development approvals and planning submissions.
• Prepare project reports, presentations and meeting papers.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks and timelines.
• Carry out market research and due diligence.
• Support sales, marketing and delivery activity.
• Act as link between government authorities, consultants and service providers.
• Coordinate executive support tasks and travel logistics.
