Job summary

A Government agency in New South Wales is seeking a Project Officer to provide professional and technical support for Building & Civil projects, coordinating initiation, development, construction, contracts supervision and administration to meet time, cost and quality targets.

You will develop project briefs and tender documents, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule, prepare scopes of works, and contribute to a diverse range of Building & Civil

Qualifications

• Project management, construction or engineering qualifications required.
• Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Open Space/Public Domain/Recreational project exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop project briefs, specifications and tender documents.
• Liaise with stakeholders to deliver projects on time in accordance with contracts management.
• Prepare scope of works throughout all concepts.
• Contribute to a diverse range of Building & Civil projects.
