Job summary

IB Group is seeking a proactive Building Manager to join our Sydney property team. You will coordinate repairs, inspections, and contractor management while liaising with owners, tenants and strata managers.

Around 2 years’ Building Management experience is preferred but not essential; related backgrounds in property, facilities management, construction or maintenance are welcomed. Salary range AUD 85,000–95,000 plus Super.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Building Management experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in property, facilities management, construction or maintenance is valued.
• Proactive, dependable and highly organised with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building inspections.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors.
• Liaise with owners, tenants and strata managers.
• Identify maintenance and compliance issues.
• Obtain and coordinate contractor quotations.
• Monitor works through to completion.
• Manage building access and security matters.
• Keep stakeholders informed and resolve issues quickly.
