Job summary

AECOM in Sydney is seeking experienced Project/Design Leaders to join our national Building Engineering team. You will guide design management and project delivery across multiple disciplines, coordinating with clients, technical leaders and project teams to define scope and manage change.

The role requires a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Hydraulic or related disciplines, with Chartered status preferred and a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Building Engineering experience with design management and project leadership.
• Strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or Hydraulic disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary Building Engineering projects from inception to delivery.
• Define scope, coordinate inputs, manage interfaces and lead design reviews.
• Manage project delivery including programme, financial governance and risks.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders and guide project teams.
