HIA Insurance Services is seeking a Client Executive to support builders across South Australia and Western Australia in our specialised Builders Warranty team. You’ll guide clients through warranty insurance applications and reviews, providing practical guidance and working with insurer partners to meet underwriting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with residential builders across South Australia and Western Australia.
• Guiding clients through warranty insurance applications, annual reviews and facility increase requests.
• Reviewing business and financial information to support insurer assessments.
• Collaborating closely with insurer partners regarding applications, referrals and underwriting requirements.
• Providing timely, professional and practical support to clients.
• Building and maintaining accurate client records.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Finding opportunities to connect clients with broader insurance solutions where appropriate.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.
