HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is seeking a Client Executive to join our Builders Warranty team, supporting builders across South Australia and Western Australia. This role offers comprehensive training in the specialised Builders Warranty field, with a focus on communication, judgement and customer service to help clients meet business goals.

You will manage relationships, guide applications, reviews and underwriting requirements, and work with insurer partners to deliver outstanding client

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with residential builders in South Australia and Western Australia.
• Guide clients through warranty applications, annual reviews and facility increase requests.
• Review business and financial information to support insurer assessments.
• Collaborate closely with insurer partners regarding applications, referrals and underwriting requirements.
• Provide timely, professional and practical support to clients.
• Build and maintain accurate client records.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Find opportunities to connect clients with broader insurance solutions where appropriate.
