Job summary

HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is seeking a Client Executive to join the Builders Warranty team, supporting builders across South Australia and Western Australia. You’ll help builders navigate the application and review process, provide guidance and support, and work with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with existing builders warranty experience. This is a specialised field, and comprehensive training will be provided.

Builders Warranty Insurance is an essential requirement for residential construction. In this role, you'll help builders navigate the application and review process, provide guidance and support, and work with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

We're not necessarily looking for someone with existing builders warranty experience. This is a specialised field, and comprehensive training will be provided. Instead, we're looking for someone with strong communication skills, sound judgement, a customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in building relationships.
