Job summary

HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) seeks a Client Executive in Perth (Osborne Park) to manage a defined portfolio of existing clients and grow their insurance career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will engage with clients on risks and policies, handle queries and claims, and support scalable processes.

Join a joint venture between Aon and HIA with a focus on risk management for residential builders, tradies and developers across Australia.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience in broking/underwriting or strong broker support performance
• First-class communication and presentation skills
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proactively discuss client risks and policy needs
• Respond to day-to-day client queries including claims
• Support new systems and processes to grow the business
• Handle account management, servicing, sales and admin duties
• Work in a close-knit team with opportunities to mentor colleagues
• Collaborate with teams to improve compliance and processes
