BOQ Group seeks a Business Development Manager in Perth to build and expand the ME Bank broker channel, enhancing home loan growth and client retention.

You will foster strong relationships with accredited brokers and aggregators, working with internal teams to drive lending quality and process improvements across the broker network. The role requires strategic planning and active industry representation.

Formación

• Experience building strong broker relationships with accredited brokers and aggregators.
• Solid understanding of residential lending processes and BOQ Group policies.
• Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and grow the ME Bank broker distribution channel.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business through the broker channel.
• Collaborate with Broker Operations, Credit and Home Lending teams to support lending decisions.
