Job summary

Volare Recruitment is seeking a driven Trade Sales Representative for a Brisbane-based role servicing a Queensland trade customer base. You will regularly visit mechanical workshops, smash repairers and panel shops to grow sales and build long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have proven B2B sales experience, enjoy road work, and can manage a territory autonomously. The role offers a base salary of $75K plus super and monthly commissions, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a B2B or territory sales environment.
• Ability to develop and manage a territory with regular customer visits.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort negotiating, handling enquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visiting existing trade customers to build relationships and increase sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Promote products, offers and marketing initiatives to customers.
• Plan and manage customer visits for maximum territory coverage.
• Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
• Negotiate with customers and assist with contract discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure service.
