Job summary

Forch Australia, part of MaxiPARTS Group, is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the North Brisbane region. This on‑the‑road role develops workshops and transport operators, grows your own territory and rewards success with a company vehicle and uncapped monthly commissions.

You’ll build relationships, identify growth opportunities and manage a CRM-driven sales pipeline while earning a competitive salary and progressing within a growing national business.

Qualifications

• Hold a current driver’s licence.
• Experience in automotive, heavy‑duty parts, or related customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Open to learning with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with workshops, fleets and trade customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand your territory.
• Prospect for new business and develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face customer visits.
• Maintain and replenish customer VARO storage systems.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical recommendations.
• Manage your customer pipeline through our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve sales targets while building long‑term relationships.
