Job summary

Super Retail Group's Supercheap Auto Trade is seeking a Trade Sales Representative to own and grow the Queensland territory, forging strong relationships with trade customers, winning new business and driving sales growth.

You will manage accounts, travel across metro and regional QLD, provide automotive aftermarket product advice, and collaborate with stores and the Trade team to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing customer accounts in a B2B sales, account or territory management role.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, parts, accessories, or workshop environment for trade customers.
• A highly motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales, profitability and customer engagement across the QLD territory through account management and new business development.
• Own territory performance by planning visits, analysing insights, reporting and collaborating with stores and the Trade team.
• Build B2B partnerships with workshops, fleet operators and trade customers as their trusted aftermarket solutions provider.
• Provide technical product advice and tailor parts and service solutions.
• Onboard, educate and raise awareness of the extended product range and trade offers.
• Deliver proactive account management and regular customer visits to build long-term loyalty.
