Job summary

Hiflow Integrated Services Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced QLD Client Services Manager to lead service delivery, nurture client relationships and drive growth across a portfolio of commercial clients.

Based at our Virginia office, you will lead a team of service technicians, manage contracts and P&L, and partner with our national leadership team to deliver operational excellence and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in service or account management of blue-chip clients.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Experience managing teams in a service delivery environment.
• Background in HVAC within commercial high-rise buildings is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organisation, reliability and professionalism.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of service technicians
• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients across Brisbane
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement
• Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure compliance across assets
• Manage P&L performance and drive profitability
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Prepare quotes and win new service and maintenance contracts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive solutions
