Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage purchasing, onboarding, vendor relations, and HR records, requiring strong negotiation, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or human resources support role (experience in both is highly desirable).
• Strong negotiation skills with commercial acumen and rapport-building with vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/purchasing software and HRIS platforms.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP ECC6 ERP and Found-U HRIS is favourable.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and purchasing needs to ensure seamless business operations.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and track shipments to resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct periodic supplier performance reviews.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance documentation and background checks are complete.
• Maintain HR records and employee files within our HRIS system, ensuring strict confidentiality.
