Job summary

Hasfarm Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Co-ordinator to support our procurement team in delivering seamless supply across Australia. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives on data, reporting, and coordination with suppliers, states, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will create, process, and track purchase orders, maintain supplier data in SAP, monitor procurement metrics, and assist with promotions and peak periods, ensuring on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination (FMCG/food industry preferred).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders to meet customer demand and maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams on orders, deliveries, and inventory run-outs.
• Maintain accurate product, supplier, and pricing data in SAP and other systems.
• Monitor procurement metrics, report on procurement performance, and resolve invoice/receivals discrepancies.
• Support planning and execution of promotions and peak seasonal periods (e.g., Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day).
• Assist with sample management, including requests, testing, feedback, and supplier communication.
• Generate buying and cost analysis reports to identify supply or margin improvements.
• Support contingency planning for supply chain disruptions or product shortages.
• Process invoices, adjustment notes, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Collaborate with state and national teams to ensure stock allocation aligns with demand forecasts.
• Maintain risk registers and elevate issues proactively to prevent delays or overspend.
