Australian Catholic University (ACU) is seeking a dedicated AskACU Service Officer to join the AskACU Centre in Brisbane. You will provide high-quality customer service to current and prospective students and staff, handling enquiries via face-to-face, email, phone, and live chat, and managing case-work to ensure a positive campus experience.

Qualifications

• Provides quality customer service support to current and prospective students and staff.
• Responds to enquiries via face-to-face, email, phone, live chat and other enquiry-types.
• Manages enquiries and serves as the first point of call for ACU Community.
• Ensures positive customer service experience on campus by resolving issues and supporting high level enquiry management.
