Australian Catholic University in North Sydney is seeking an International Student Adviser to support international students throughout their journey. You will work with the International Student Transition and Orientation team to enhance onboarding, maximise enrolment conversion and contribute to student retention, serving as a key contact for referrals to academic skills, counselling and wellbeing.

About the role:

The International Student Adviser (ISA) supports international students throughout their student journey. The ISA Team works closely with the International Student Transition and Orientation staff in the Education Pathways Directorate to enhance the onboarding experience of international students, maximising acceptance to enrolment conversion and contributing to their retention. The ISA is a key contact point for international students requiring assistance or referral to specialist ACU services such as academic skills, counselling and well‑being. The ISA team is responsible for Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) processing for continuing students.

What we offer:

• Total remuneration valued to $116,410 - $125,049 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $98,367 - $105,667 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed‑term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
