Job summary

RoadTek in Brisbane is seeking a Program Manager, Operational Systems and Applications to lead teams that enable systems, governance and continuous improvement supporting our operations across Queensland.

In this leadership role, you will drive the performance of operational ICT systems, integrated business management systems, assurance, audit, risk and continuous improvement initiatives while building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and support of critical operational ICT systems to ensure they meet business, departmental and contractual requirements.
• Oversee RoadTek's integrated business management systems, including quality, safety and environmental management systems.
• Lead quality, assurance, audit, risk and certification requirements.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement and ICT initiatives using effective project and program management methodologies.
• Drive organisational change and ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, corporate service providers and external organisations.
• Contribute to business planning, budgets and performance measures.
• Lead and develop teams to achieve strong operational outcomes.
