Job summary

Blenners Transport is seeking a highly organised Administration Supervisor to lead the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (15 staff) and manage daily operations across admin and customer support functions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar transport industry role, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a similar role within the transport industry.
• Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and/or Management is highly desirable.

In this key role, you will be responsible for the day to day management and leadership of the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (consisting of 15 team members). You will also ensure the Brisbane Administrative and Customer Service functions are efficiently maintained and appropriately structured to provide a consistently high level of Operational and Customer support.

The successful applicant will be customer focused (external and internal) and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within the transport industry.

Key to your success in the role will include:

• Proven leadership skills of diverse teams within the transport industry
• Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and/or Management (highly desirable)
• Sound knowledge of transport and distribution of produce and other multi temperature food products
• Knowledge of Food Safety Principles including HACCP
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Effective communication skills both verbally and written at all levels
• Experience using Translogix, 2IC, MyChep & Loscam Online would be advantageous
• Good computer skills and knowledge
