Job summary

Blenners Transport is seeking a highly organised Administration Supervisor to lead the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (15 staff) and manage daily operations across admin and customer support functions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar transport industry role, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a similar role within the transport industry.
• Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and/or Management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (15 members).
• Manage day-to-day administration and customer service operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strong team development.
• Ensure safety, quality and efficient operational support for customers.
