Job summary

Blenners Transport is seeking a highly organised Administration Supervisor to lead the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (15 staff). You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure efficient admin and customer support, and promote continuous improvement.

The role requires at least 5 years in a similar transport/food distribution position, strong leadership, and HACCP knowledge; a Diploma in Leadership or Management is highly desirable. This is based at our Brisbane depot.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of diverse teams within transport/food distribution environments.
• Certificate or Diploma in Leadership/Management is highly desirable.
• Strong literacy and numeracy; excellent communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (15 people) delivering high level support.
• Oversee day-to-day management of admin and customer service functions to ensure efficient operations.
• Foster continuous improvement and a safe, compliant working environment.
