Job summary

Drake International is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for a premium bridal store in Rosebery, Sydney. This newly created role supports growth and provides leadership within a high-performing team of stylists while delivering exceptional customer experiences during one of life’s most important purchases.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach and develop stylists, drive sales performance, manage appointments, and oversee store operations to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager or similar.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor during bridal appointments and consultations.
• Coach, mentor and support stylists to maximise performance and sales.
• Manage customer and family dynamics to ensure a seamless experience.
• Drive sales results and achieve conversion and revenue targets.
• Assist with store operations including reporting, audits and team communication.
• Ensure appointments run efficiently and deliver exceptional service standards.
