Elements of Byron Resort & Spa is seeking passionate waiting staff for Azure, our signature restaurant and bar, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will mostly work morning and breakfast shifts in a fast-paced, vibrant environment by the beach.

Join a team focused on delivering exceptional hospitality across our dining spaces and resort facilities. A valid NSW RSA, driver’s license, and customer-focused communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality experience in fine dining or resort settings.
• Ability to guide guests through food and beverage offerings.
• Upsell and accommodate dietary requirements when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through our food and beverage offerings with confidence.
• Assist with dietary requirements and upsell when appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience on restaurant floor or during lagoon/pool service.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, cabanas and sections.
