West Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in Sydney seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the breakfast team across Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Events. You will supervise and train team members, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-tier service in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment.

Competenze

• Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role or strong experience in an F&B service role.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English with professional guest and team engagement.
• Willingness to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA certification.

• Operational oversight of daily restaurant operations.
